In the recent years, we have observed a growing trend of implementing a business model based on outsourcing / offshoring selected business processes. In terms of the number of outsourcing deals struck, Poland is ranked among the top countries worldwide.

  • Business support for an acquisition of a retail chain by an international retail company, including preparing a listing and description of all business processes subject to the acquisition, process redesign and adaptation to the needs and requirements of the new owner, and migration of data between the financial and accounting systems of both companies;
  • Project management for transitioning from the Netherlands to Poland a financial and accounting center of an international retail company.
