How to apply?

Submitting a job application is very simple and the recruitment process is quick and stress-free.



Let us know you’re out there

Send us your CV and additional documents as listed in the job ad to the following e-mail address: State which position you’re interested in and remember to include a legal clause in which you allow ARC to process your personal information for recruitment purposes.



Be patient

We will review your application against the requirements set out for the job in question. We review applications on a regular basis and invite selected candidates for job interviews. It usually takes a few days before we contact a prospective new hire for the first time.



Let’s meet

Your job interview will be held by our HR representative, team manager and, occasionally, an ARC managing partner. We conduct interviews in Polish and English. The recruitment process may consist of one or two stages (interviews), depending on the job profile and requirements. During the interview, we will want to learn about your experience and skills, find out what motivates you professionally. We are happy to answer your questions about the job profile, the company and your prospective new colleagues at ARC.

What are we looking for in CV?

You only get once chance to make a good first impression, so it is vital your CV is as robust and appealing as possible. Our recruiters will review your CV and attachments and will decide on this basis whether to invite you for an interview.

Please keep the layout and design of your resume clear and straightforward. The content should emphasise key competencies relevant to the job you are applying for. While recruiting technical consultants, we will focus on your computer literacy and knowledge of programming and various IT technologies. We appreciate candidates who take the time to describe in detail their knowledge of programming languages, tools, databases, libraries, operating systems, etc.

While describing your professional experience, please list your responsibilities and tasks. This is more important for us than the name of the position(s) you held. We will take note of any employment gaps or frequent job changes in your professional history. They are not necessarily a bad thing, which is why we will want to discuss them with you during the interview to better understand where you’re coming from.

If you have no professional experience, you should describe any university projects you took part in. We will be more than happy to read about your activities in student organizations, internships or summer jobs. A CV with such information is a great recommendation of your resourcefulness and extracurricular activity.

We do not require your CV to follow any template, but it is a good idea to divide it into sections such as personal details, education and experience. Stick to easy-to-read fonts and formats and always remember to spell-check. A solid, error-free CV will speak highly in your favour.


Prepare for the interview

It is up to you to convince us you are the right person for the job.
Remember the reasons why you applied for a job with ARC. Your motivation, ambitions, aspirations and expectations will determine if working with our consultants proves rewarding and if you remain committed to the job in the long term. Before the interview, analyze once more the information you included in your CV, recall past projects, the roles and responsibilities at different positions. If you are applying for a technical position, we will aim to verify your technical skills and knowledge. We will talk about your expectations, career plans, strengths and weaknesses.
