Results of the project

  • Business Services Center was established on July 1, 2020 to support Maspex Group units in Poland
  • About 120 employees work within unified hierarchy of positions
  • More than 300 business processes have been documented
  • The foundations for the process organization were laid, enabling the further growth of the Maspex Group, both organically and through acquisitions
  • An implementation roadmap has been prepared to support future improvements and process automation as well as inclusion of foreign entities in the BSC’s scope of services
