Maspex Group is the largest private Polish company in the food industry and also one of the largest in Central-Eastern Europe. In 2019, the company carried out an analysis focusing on consolidating administrative and financial processes in Poland. As a result of this analysis the Business Services Center has been established in Wadowice. Currently, the Center provides services to many units of Maspex Group in 8 locations in Poland and supports them in 5 areas: accounting, debt collection, finance, controlling, payroll and HR administration.

The foundations for the process organization were laid, enabling the further growth of the Maspex Group, both organically and through acquisitions
An implementation roadmap has been prepared to support future improvements and process automation as well as inclusion of foreign entities in the Center scope of services
